My name is Ousama hammoudeh, a dedicated man with a lifelong passion for ships and the maritime industry. From an early age, I was fascinated by how vessels are built, maintained, and repaired — and over the years, that passion turned into a career.

I founded Mira Group, named after one of my two daughters, as a reflection of both family values and dedication to hard, honest work. What started as a small dream has grown into a trusted name in marine repair, dry docking, and small shipbuilding.

What We Do

At Mira Group, we offer a full range of marine services, including:

• Mechanical repairs and iron replacement

• Ship conversions — from general cargo carriers to livestock carriers

• Construction of small vessels, boats, tugs, and barges

• Manufacturing of marine engine spare parts

We are proud to hold an official license from the owner of the shipyard in Cyprus to lift ships, as well as a mandate from the shipyard owner in Tuzla, Türkiye, giving us strong international partnerships and the ability to serve clients across multiple regions.
